Prices, Shipping, and Other Charges

The prices displayed on the Rogue Confections website are in U.S. dollars.  Shipping charges calculated at checkout are valid for supplied zip code and shipping method only and are not valid should this information change.  Shipping charges are based on estimated package weights.  Rogue Confections makes no guarantees as to the accuracy of these calculations.  Rogue Confections will advise you should shipping charges differ from the original calculation.

Rogue Confections will automatically charge applicable sales taxes for orders shipped to New York State.  For orders shipped to other states, buyer is solely responsible for all applicable sales taxes.

Custom Order Disclaimers

In printing custom orders, some variability will occur in the design, colors, and general appearance of the artwork.  Because Rogue Confections products are all edible food products, it is impossible for us to match colors exactly or maintain precise uniformity in colors and design.  We hope customers will understand that while we do our absolute best to recreate the color and design you approve, there is a natural variability in all food products that may lead to minor variations.
