General Shipping Information
Because your chocolates will be made fresh to order, turnaround time for retail orders can be up to two weeks. The shipping speed you select at checkout does not change the timeframe for production of your chocolates. Shipping time begins only after your order is produced.
Expedited shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping will only change the speed of shipping once your chocolates are produced, not how quickly they are made. If you need your chocolates to be produced more quickly than our standard 2-week timeframe, please call us at 212.541.7286 to see if we can accomodate your deadline.

Errors in Placing Your Order
The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you, including, but not limited to, charges resulting from the return or redelivery of your package. The accuracy of the shipping information you provide is crucial in making sure your delivery is prompt. This ensures that our customers can enjoy our products for the full extent of their shelf life. Rogue Confections cannot be held responsible for returns caused by incomplete or erroneous delivery instructions.
As all of our products are sensitive to weather conditions, we may determine that your order might not arrive in an ideal condition if we ship in the manner you have selected. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss alternate shipping methods, such as expedited shipping and/or cold packs to maintain temperature.
We will not ship packages over the weekend; those orders will be held until the following Monday. This is to avoid products being stored in a non-climate controlled shipping facility over the weekend.
