What are sweet papers and what is the distinction between your sweet papers and cocoa butter transfer sheets?
Our Only Sweet Papers are 100% edible sugar paper with edible food coloring, whereas transfer sheets are colored cocoa butter designs with an acetate backing. Because we use a photographic printing process to create the image on our Only Sweet Papers, the details and vibrant color of each design are clear, whereas with transfer sheets, you may get dull or partial transfers.
Can you taste the sweet paper layer when it is applied to chocolates or cakes?
No, you cannot taste the sweet paper. Currently, there are other products on the market that utilize a design applied on a ¼ inch of sugar or fondant, which is very noticeable when bitten into. Our product is paper-thin and has no discernible taste to distract from the delicious chocolate or cake underneath.
